Ron,
Thanks for contacting the VBPS and I am copying our PR person, BOB Scully,
in order to make sure he is aware of your publication.
The information, as you quoted is correct, however suggest that you use "
Vessel Examiner" in stead of VE. I also added a line, after "there is no
charge for this service".
