At the start of the evening
1. Open facility between 4:30 and 4:45 PM
2. Arrange tables and chairs in all rooms, as required.
3. Set up a table for food in back room, cover with plastic table cover
4. Turn on all lights and fans
5. Set air conditioners in all rooms to 70 degrees
6. Replenish soda stores at bar from the storage room
7. Fill water dispensers with water and ice, put one on table with ice chest, put one on top of bar counter
9. Put ice in plastic container and put in ice chest on table
10. Count kitty money, note on sign in form, date form and put on bar counter for people to sign in
11.Assist those responsible for the food in any way needed
At conclusion of the evening do the following
1. Make sure all tables are clean
2. Sweep floors in all rooms
3. Empty ice chest, leave open and empty water pitchers
4. Replace soda stores at the bar, take inventory of stores and purchase replenishments as needed
5. Count the money received, post on sign in form, leave some kitty money in the basket, sign the sign in form
6. Have member managing the bar for the night count the money and
verify the count, have him/her sign the sign in form. Give the sign in form and the money to the treasurer
8. Rearrange all tables and chairs.
9. Set all air conditioners to 80 degrees
10. Take out the garbage
11. Shut off lights and fans in back room
12. Close door to back room.
13. Insure all dishes and utensils are clean and put away
13. Turn off all lights and fans and lock the front door on your way out.
14. Prepare and submit "Request for Reimbursement" forms for any purchases made to replenish the stores to treasurer.
